BOOKINGS

All bookings requested through our website are subject to confirmation. We will confirm or decline your booking request within the next 24 hours to the e-mail address provided.

DRIVERS AGE

The minimum driving age is 23 with 2 years experience for groups A to C. For groups D,E, F & G the minimum drivers age is 25 with 3 years experience. A valid driving licence in the European Economic Community is required.

CAR MODEL

Models shown are provided as an example of a vehicle in each category and may be substituted for similar ones without prior notice. We can not guarantee a particular make, model or fuel type.

PAYMENT METHOD

You pay when you pick-up the vehicle. We only accept as payment method a credit card (visa, master etc ..),we do not accept debit cards or American Express.

PICK UPS

Vehicles pick-ups are made during office hours ( 9/13 H- 18/21 H ) only at Airport / Port of Ciutadella we can provide an optional out of hours service subject to charge.

COLLECTION

Collection of car will be made at the same office as Pick-up. There is a courtesy time delay of 1 hour, any further delays are charged with an extra day. There is an optional charge for collection in different office or place.

DAMAGE OR LOST OF THE CAR

In the event of an accident or damage to the rented car, you have to notified the office where you pick-up you car within 24 hours. Local police should also be notified in case of accident or lost of vehicle and renter has to provide a signed report. Full details of third parties should also be obtained. Your insurance cover may be invalidated if this procedure is not followed correctly.

PARKING AND TRAFFIC FINES

All parking fines or traffic violations made by the renter or additional drivers is the renter liability including toll charges.
